Energy Therapy at DHM
Everything in the universe is made of energy. We breathe in this energy; it flows in and around us. During early phases of evolution it was known that a time will come when man will lose touch with his essence and will be disconnected from his own being. Therefore various modalities were created for man to heal at his cellular level; one of these modalities was Reiki. Reiki is a Divine energy (consciousness) which when we give to our physical body through our hands thus healing the vibration at a cellular, emotional and mental level. It was re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s and has been practiced from thousands of years. Another modalities include Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis etc.Â
We, at DHM, offer an integrated Energy therapy course divided in three levels..
Level l
Energy Therapy for Self
The first level is purely focussed on self healing. It is imperative to transform oneself before healing others. The workshop will follow a wholistic approach which is carefully curated by including Reiki, Hypnotherapy, NLP and other modalities.
Workshop features: –
- Knowing about the mind and its working.
- What is energy therapy and how does it work in your life.
- Reiki basics
- Link of psychological health with physical health
- Curing physical ailments through energy healing like migraine, joint pains, low immunity etc.
Level ll
Energy Therapy for Others
After completion of Level I, Level II includes learning energy therapy for others including your loved ones. In this level, you will be attuned with Reiki symbols, which accelerates the healing process. With every level, you yourself will be raised up to a higher level of vibrations.
Workshop features: –
- Reiki symbols and how to use them
- Learning about emotional healing and working on emotional well being
- Advanced concepts of mind and its functioning
- Learning about sub conscious and its effect
- Other therapeutic modalities
Level lll
Energy therapy for Spiritual Growth
Once you are in the process of healing yourself on the physical, emotional, and mental plain, level III is all about spiritual growth, the process of inner awakening, rising of the consciousness beyond the ordinary, everyday existence, and awakening to some Universal truths. It means going beyond the mind and the ego and realizing who you really are.

- Receiving Master Symbol – Spiritual enlightenment
- Balancing Chakras
- Working on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
